El Bullpen: Sugar’s 50th save fun, fear of Eloy and a big Mexicano debut
Sugar Celebrates 50 Saves
Edwin “Sugar” Díaz reached his 50th save and had a unique way of celebrating. We also now know manager Scott Servais is a man of his word. The former big league catcher looked thrilled with his new look.

Proud Papa
Iván “Pudge” Rodríguez was in the grand stand to watch his son Dereck make his triumphant return to the mound. Wonder where the son learned his game face!
Bienvenidos al Big Show
Luis Urías of Sonora, México made his debut in the big leagues with the San Diego Padres Tuesday night and showed us why he is considered one of the top prospects in baseball.
