The Rangers retired Adrián Beltré‘s number on Sunday.
The ceremony was worthy of Beltré’s remarkable career.
One of the all-time great personalities in big league history, Beltré has always been a favorite at La Vida Baseball.

The first place Yankees are starting to get healthy. Didi Gregorius returned to the lineup this weekend.
Gregorius homered in his first game back.

Edwin Encarnación hit his 400th career home run, joining an small fraternity of Dominican-born players on Sunday. Nelson Cruz shared his excitement.
Brave tournament
Ronald Acuña Jr. and Ozzie Albies were heated during a groundball tournament over the weekend. Apparently even the rules were called into question.
Benchmark for Castro

Fan Post of the Day
This is a dugout we would love to be in someday.
Pro Post of the Day
The Cubs theme for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals was Jon Lester Day. We think El Mago nailed it.
