On Thursday night the Boston Red Sox won the American League pennant, eliminating the Houston Astros in five games.
During the national television postgame coverage, TBS returned to their studio show after trophy presentations in the Red Sox clubhouse.
In a powerful moment, Pedro Martínez congratulated Red Sox manager Álex Cora in Spanish.

Cora, who celebrated his 43rd birthday on Thursday, is the first Puerto Rican manager to lead a team to the World Series. He is also the first Latino manager to lead a team to the Fall Classic in his first season as manager.
